Description

In the glass the wine is straw yellow with greenish glints. The aroma is fruity, slightly tropical whe young, and evolves into complex herbal and mineral notes due to the adidity. In the mouth the entry is full. Savory. And rich with fruit; the finish is fresh and persistent. Accompaniments: well with raw fish preparations and seafood antipasti in general. Also soups and cooked fish.
