Mediterranean in its aromas, soft, enveloping and refined, the Chardonnay Ciampagnis is the result of maniacal care in the vineyard and processing entirely in steel, aimed at enhancing its natural organoleptic qualities, for a result that is never banal but always with great personality.
Bright straw yellow in colour, it presents a cedar, celery, mimosa and lemon balm profile on the nose, together with sharp iodine and mineral hints. Warm, creamy and enveloping in the mouth, it has a well-balanced body and lashings of flavour that pierce the palate right through to the long citrus finish.
Divine with tagliolini cacio e pepe, trofie al pesto or with seafood salad.
