Description

Exultet is an elegant and refined interpretation of Fiano di Avellino. It is a cru produced exclusively with grapes from a single vineyard of Fiano located in Lapio. It has a bright yellow color with green reflections and clear varietal aromas of linden, acacia and thyme. Dense and continuous structure develops aromas of exotic fruit, candied citrus and honey in a very light mineral matrix. Its particular elegance derives also from the short stay, during fermentation, in small oak barrels. It is a long-lived wine that can age well even for a few decades thanks to its richness in aroma precursors and to its freshness and taste integrity.
